2nd April 2007 - IFA Group company, Mitchell McKinley, takes TokOpen Document Management System

Reigate - Mitchell McKinley an Insurance IFA based in Reigate, have installed Xpro's Document Management System alongside its 1st Software back office system. Mitchell McKinley cover all lines of business with a heavy involvement in Pensions, Investments, Financial Planning etc. The new system, which included moving historical images from 1st Software to Tokopen, went live on April 2nd.

27th March 2007 - 1st user, JDP Finacial Services, takes TokOpen Document Management System

Bedford - 1st Software user JDP Financials Services based Bromham, outside Bedford, have opted to install Xpro Services Document Management System. The System will integrate their paper customer files with the electronic data held on 1st. This integrated system will free up storage space and increase Staff productivity.

15th March 2007 - Willis Network company, Mathews Comfort, takes TokOpen Document Management System

Oxford - Xpro Services DMS have won a significant market breaking contract from Oxford based Brokers Mathews Comfort. Mathews Comfort was one of the founder members of the Willis Commercial Network. The new Document Management System integrates with the Willis package allowing for client documents to be viewed when working on the back office system. This 15 user system is seen as a significant step in the market co-operation between Xpro and the Willis Network.

19th February - 2007 Xpro Targets Open GI users

Reading - Xpro Services and Open GI have concluded a technology and marketing partnership aimed at providing Open GI users with a closely knit document management system. 1st February 2007 – Friends of the Earth select Xpro DMS

London - The London based charity selected Xpro Services to provide TokOpen document management. TokOpen will give Friends of the Earth a cost effective process to track VAT claims on charity donations thereby enabling the charity to accurately claim back tax donations and reduce the risk of Inland Revenue fines. 10th October 2006 – Investis, Selects Xpro Services DMS To Implement TokOpen for Invoice Processing.

London - Investis are the market-leading specialists in providing online corporate communications services to listed companies across Europe. They work with 400 companies in eleven European countries. Due to their huge growth since they started in 2000 the paper filing system in the accounts department has grown becoming a full time operation. Xpro Services DMS is implementing TokOpen document management system that utilises TokOpen Web enabling the electronic distribution of purchase invoices for approval. 29th September 2006 – Routen Chaplin, Misys User Selects Xpro Services DMS To Implement TokOpen.

Nottingham, Misys user Routen Chaplin selects Xpro Services DMS to implement the TokOpen document management system. Business efficiency was a huge driver for Routen Chaplin wanting a document management system and despite fierce competition decided to select Xpro Services DMS due to their comprehensive Misys integration. All incoming documents will now be scanned and stored directly into the TokOpen system and all Misys generated correspondence will be automatically captured and stored into TokOpen when printed. Derby, Franklands Ltd has chosen Xpro Services DMS to undertake their back scanning project. Due to their fast growth and the high priority they place on customer services Franklands needed a fast, effective and up to date solution to electronically store their paper archive. The solution involved Xpro picking up all the documents from Franklands and scanning and indexing them at the Xpro Services scanning centre in Reading. 22nd August 2006 – 1st & SIPP User Westerby Investment Management Takes TokOpen Document Management System

Leicester, established in 1987, in the East Midlands, Westerby Investment Management’s steady growth has been coupled with an ever growing paper problem. 13th July 2006 Clifton College takes control of spend.

Bristol, Following the spring launch of Xpurchase to the Independent School sector Xpro Services DMS are pleased to announce a flagship contract in the sector. 6th July 2006 – Another Misys user R T Williams signs up for TokOpen from Xpro Services DMS.

5th July 2006 – 1st Software and TAM user JBW (Halesowen) select Xpro Services DMS to provide TokOpen Document Management System.

26th June 2006 - Sterling Insurance selects Xpro Services to back scan 1 Million documents

Folkstone, Sterling Insurance have selected Xpro Services to back scan 1 million claims related documents. The Xpro Services scan team will capture the documents using 2 Fujitsu 5900 and store the images in the TokOpen Document Management System. Completion of the project is expected to be around two months. Scan Leader, Murad Kathoke commented that Xpro's overall cost of scanning in-house is factors cheaper than Bureau. The main customer advantage, in addition to cost, is obviously that the documents do not leave the premises.

1st February 2006 - Purchase To Pay System Integrates with SAP R/3

15th December 2005 - Stewart Asset Management Group selects Xpro Services to link to 1st Software.

Glasgow, Stewart Asset Management Group have selected Xpro Services DMS to provide TokOpen document management system. TokOpen will link directly into 1st Software enabling all client documents to be reviewed by the Stewart Asset Management staff at a click of a button. Stewart Asset Management Group are a privately-owned UK plc offering a unique Private Wealth Management Service with offices in Glasgow, Edinburgh, London, Palma and Monaco. 20th November 2005 - Xpro Services and MortgageKeeper

Reading, Xpro Services and MortgageKeeper today announced the seamless integration of TokOpen and MortgageKeeper. The integration with TokOpen will enable all MortgageKeeper users to benefit from TokOpen's powerful functionality to store and retrieve all types of documents. 18th October 2005 - Sodexho Pass Continue to roll out TokOpen

Sodexho Pass, Frimley UK working with Xpro Services DMS successfully extended the roll out of the TokOpen document management system. TokOpen was initially delivered to manage Purchase Invoice, Sales Invoice, Expense Management, Asset Management and Purchase Order processing. The system also included integration with iScala. The success of TokOpen has enabled Sodexho Pass to reap the rewards of improving their business processes. 07th September 2005 - Xpro Services DMS to attend Financial Adviser Expo 2005

14th July 2005 - Misys Integration

Xpro Services, Reading, announce integration of TokOpen with the Misys suite of products. Misys Financial Systems Limited is the UK and Ireland's leading supplier of IT solutions (hardware, software and services) to insurance brokers. The two systems can be completely integrated using XScreen linking which enables the users view documentation stored in TokOpen from the MISYS system. To complete the integration TokOpen ERM allows immediate storage and indexing of documents from MISYS by simply creating from MISYS. 1st June 2005 - JB Insurance Select Xpro Services DMS

JB Insurance, Cheam, have selected Xpro Services DMS to implement the TokOpen document management system to manage their policy documentation. In partnership with Samsung, Xpro Services have been able to provide the necessary solution to enable JB Insurance not only to tackle their back archive but ensure all new correspondence both paper and e-mail is centrally captured and stored. 15th April 2005 - Notcutts Garden Centres Select Xpro Services DMS

Notcutts, Woodbridge, have selected Xpro Services DMS to implement the TokOpen document management system to streamline their purchase ledger department. TokOpen will initially be deployed to capture purchase invoices linking directly into their Sage accounting system. 18th February 2005 - Xpro Services DMS and Samsung to attend BIBA Conference

23rd January 2005- Pharmacutical Giant Lundbeck selects Xpro Services DMS

Lundbeck, Milton Keynes, today announced that Xpro Services DMS will implement electronic document management into their Head Ofice. The system will initially be deployed into the accounts payable department enabling the electronic distribution of Purchase Invoices for approval. Primarily the system will be deployed to 75 users for remote authorisation via the web. 2nd December 2004 - Hughes Network Systems, Milton Keynes, selects Xpro Services DMS to tackle document back archive.

Hughes Network Systems (HNS) have selected Xpro Services DMS to commence work on scanning their archive documents. The scan team will initially back scan Purchase Invoices, Sales Invoices and Purchase Orders. The records will then be linked by unique ID to their existing SAP R/3 system. Xpro Services DMS Scan Team leader Antony Joshy said " one of the fundamental reasons why we were selected was due to our ability to provide on-site scanning at such short notice, within 2 days we had our scan team up and running"

15th November 2004 - Milton Keynes, Xpro Services DMS have been selected to provide document management system to a Global German Automotive Company.

Milton Keynes, Today it was announced that Xpro Services DMS had won the tender for the supply of document management system to a global German automotive company. The document management system will be initially deployed within the Used Commercial Vehicles Division. The system will use the latest wireless tablet PC technology combined with powerful workflow to enable the automotive company to streamline a very manual and paper based inspection to Invoice process. The system will be implemented to well over 70 users and be available to their European dealer network. 20th July 2004 - ECHG to extend scanning services

English Churches Housing Group have made a decision to expand the Xpro Services onsite scanning service to incorporate an additional six business units. Sales Director, Samuel Stanley, stated that 'this will increase our team onsite to five and is seen as a very positive recognition of the level of service we are currently providing to ECHG'. Members of Xpro's scanning team have been appointed to the project, which will commence in early August. The team will be based in ECHG's offices in North West London.

16th July 2004 - Xpro Services "relationship day" in Paris

Xpro Services in association with Fujitsu and Headway held the first "relationship day" in Paris. Xpro's Customers and suppliers spent a day sharing document management experiences in an informal environment in Paris. 12th July 2004 - Hughes Network Systems to implement Xpro's Document Management

Hughes Network Systems, of Milton Keynes, signs up with Xpro to implement Document Management in various areas of their business. Initial implementation will cover Purchase and Sales Invoice Processing, Human Resources and Legal. The system includes integration with SAP and publishing documents via workflow to their international offices in USA and Germany.

22nd June 2004 - Sterling Insurance contract completed

The scanning of the back file archive at Sterling Insurance was completed today. Project leader Antony Joshy stated that over 40,000 sheets had been scanned and indexed on-site at Folkstone.

18th June 2004 - English Churches Housing Group scanning commences

Having won the contract to scan over 600,000 sheets in the HR area the Xpro scan team started work today. Xpro DMS Director, Andrew McIntyre stated that this was a significant step in establishing Xpro as a serious total solution supplier in the Document Management arena.

7th June 2004 - Beeches Opticians sign for back file conversion

Beeches Opticians the Surrey based independent practice today signed to have its historical record's (paper) loaded onto the new Xpecx installation. Over 5000 patient records will be scanned on-site and sent to Xpro's Indian offices for the images to be indexed and loaded into the Xpecx database and returned to Surrey. Account Manager, James Miller sees this as a forerunner in offering a total solution to paper based opticians.

18th April 2004 Scanning Services commence

Xpro Services DMS commenced work on its first contract. A project at Sterling Insurance to in-house scan approximately half a million pages of policy documentation commenced today. 7th May 2004 Partnerships in Place

Xpro Services DMS announced today that it has been awarded Premier Status with Tokario. Director Andrew McIntyre stated that "this is a significant step as it represents Tokario's first award of Premiers Status to any partner." Tokario's Channel Manager Clare Kingham added "Xpro is also an important step for Tokario as they bring a high level of technical and project skills to the channel.

18th April 2004 Scanning Services commence

Xpro Services DMS commenced work on its first contract. A project at Sterling Insurance to in-house scan approximately half a million pages of policy documentation commenced today. 4th April 2004 Xpro Services DMS is born

The formation of the new company under the Umbrella of the Xpro Services banner was completed today. The new company will sell and support Document Management Services to a wide range of UK companies. Xpro Services Managing Director, John McIntyre, says that he sees the addition of DMS as a very exciting development in the overall growth of the company.
