Oxford - Xpro Services DMS have won a significant market breaking contract from Oxford based Brokers Mathews Comfort. Mathews Comfort was one of the founder members of the Willis Commercial Network. Folkstone, Sterling Insurance have selected Xpro Services to back scan 1 million claims related documents. The Xpro Services scan team will capture the documents using 2 Fujitsu 5900 and store the images in the TokOpen Document Management System. Completion of the project is expected to be around two months. Scan Leader, Murad Kathoke commented that Xpro's overall cost of scanning in-house is factors cheaper than Bureau. 18th October 2005 - Sodexho Pass Continue to roll out TokOpen
Sodexho Pass, Frimley UK working with Xpro Services DMS successfully extended the roll out of the TokOpen document management system.
TokOpen was initially delivered to manage Purchase Invoice, Sales Invoice, Expense Management, Asset Management and Purchase Order processing.
The system also included integration with iScala. The success of TokOpen has enabled Sodexho Pass to reap the rewards of improving their business

Xpro Services, Reading, announce integration of TokOpen with the Misys suite of
products. Misys Financial Systems Limited is the UK and Ireland's leading
supplier of IT solutions (hardware, software and services) to insurance
brokers. The two systems can be completely integrated using XScreen linking
which enables the users view documentation stored in TokOpen from the MISYS
system. To complete the integration TokOpen ERM allows immediate storage and

English Churches Housing Group have made a decision to expand the Xpro Services
onsite scanning service to incorporate an additional six business units. Sales
Director, Samuel Stanley, stated that 'this will increase our team onsite to
five and is seen as a very positive recognition of the level of service we are
currently providing to ECHG'. Members of Xpro's scanning team have been
appointed to the project, which will commence in early August. The team will be
based in ECHG's offices in North West London.
16th July 2004 - Xpro Services "relationship day"
Xpro Services in association with Fujitsu and Headway held the first
"relationship day" in Paris. Xpro's Customers and suppliers spent a day sharing
document management experiences in an informal environment in Paris. Director
Andrew McIntyre said, " This was a perfect environment for our customers to
share ideas and get the opportunity to meet, in an informal environment, our
key business partners. Ken Webster (Daimler Chrysler) added, " It was a
worthwhile and informative day that has given us the confidence that Xpro are a
true Document Management Solutions provider"
12th July 2004 - Hughes Network Systems to
implement Xpro's Document Management
Hughes Network Systems, of Milton Keynes, signs up with Xpro to implement
Document Management in various areas of their business. Initial implementation
will cover Purchase and Sales Invoice Processing, Human Resources and Legal.
The system includes integration with SAP and publishing documents via workflow
to their international offices in USA and Germany.
22nd June 2004 - Sterling Insurance contract
The scanning of the back file archive at Sterling Insurance was completed today.
Project leader Antony Joshy stated that over 40,000 sheets had been scanned and
indexed on-site at Folkstone.
18th June 2004 - English Churches Housing Group
Having won the contract to scan over 600,000 sheets in the HR area the Xpro scan
team started work today. Xpro DMS Director, Andrew McIntyre stated that this
was a significant step in establishing Xpro as a serious total solution
supplier in the Document Management arena.
7th June 2004 - Beeches Opticians sign for back
Beeches Opticians the Surrey based independent practice today signed to have its
historical record's (paper) loaded onto the new XpecX installation. Over 5000
patient records will be scanned on-site and sent to Xpro's Indian offices for
the images to be indexed and loaded into the XpecX database and returned to
Surrey. Account Manager, James Miller sees this as a forerunner in offering a
total solution to paper based opticians.
14th May 2004 Major Player Signed up
Announced today are major partnerships with Fujistsu and Headway Technology
Group. Dave Whitton - Fujitsu said "Fujitsu are delighted to be working with a

complete document management solutions from scanners to software"

7th May 2004 Partnerships in Place
Xpro Services DMS announced today that it has been awarded Premier Status with
Tokario. Director Andrew McIntyre stated that "this is a significant step as it
represents Tokario's first award of Premiers Status to any partner." Tokario's
Channel Manager Clare Kingham added "Xpro is also an important step for Tokario
as they bring a high level of technical and project skills to the channel.
18th April 2004 Scanning Services commence
Xpro Services DMS commenced work on its first contract. A project at Sterling
Insurance to in-house scan approximately half a million pages of policy
documentation commenced today. Located in Sterling's offices in Folkestone.
Completion of the project is expected in around two months. Scan Leader, Antony
Joshy commented that Xpro's overall cost of scanning in-house is factors
cheaper than Bureaux. The main customer advantage, in addition to cost, is
obviously that the documents do not leave the premises.
4th April 2004 Xpro Services DMS is born
The formation of the new company under the Umbrella of the Xpro Services banner
was completed today. The new company will sell and support Document Management
Services to a wide range of UK companies. Xpro Services Managing Director, John
McIntyre, says that he sees the addition of DMS as a very exciting development
in the overall growth of the company.
19th March 2004 first customer shipments
Managing Director, John McIntyre, announced today that the first customer
installations for both XpecX and Xervice were underway. XpecX is being
installed in two optician practices, one in the south and the other a midlands
based practice. Simultaneously a second installation team has delivered, for
final testing, the Xervice product to a seventy five user Insurance site in
Greater London. These are seen as very important landmarks in the development
of the company.
24th February 2004 Xpro launch two new products
Xpro choose its attendance at the Surrey Business Link Winning Business
Exhibition to formal launch its two new products, XpecX for the optician market
and Xervice for the Complaint Management sector. Stand Manager, Murad Kathoke
explained that these two developments were the output of Xpro's Indian
development factory and that we were delighted at both productivity and quality

Partnerships in BPO space
Following negotaiations ongoing since the new year Mr Samuel Stanley, Sales
Director , announced two new Partnerships. Xpro are patnering back end call
centre provider Radient SoftSol Inc of Illinios who also have facilities in
Hyderabad, India to provide both agents and telecom infrastructue capability.
Announced at the same time is the signing of a UK joint marketing partnership
deal with Windsor BPO sales company ICAD Consulting. Mr Stanley stressed '
these are two very important partnerships in building Xpro's overall offering
to the market' joint proposals involving both partners are underway to UK based

certification as a Business Partner
Xpro Managing Director, John McIntyre, today committed the company's future to
developing products and relationships tied to Microsoft products and direction.
Microsoft certification as a Business Partner takes the company yet another
step forward in its evolution. Steps will be taken to ensure that all package
development conforms to Microsoft standards in order to certify the products
20th December 2003 Xpro Services annouces X-range
of application products
Xpro Services annouces plans to introduce the X-range of application products in
the new year. The applications are
XpecX, a practice management system for Opticians,
Xervice, a complaint management system,
Xurvey, comprehensive survey package for HR and marketing,
Xpense, an employee expense management system
Project Director, David Roy, stated that the first two products will be
available in 04Q1 and the other two systems will be available in 04Q3/4. These
represent the first deliverables fronm Xpro Infotech, Xpro's off-shore
development factory in India.
10th December 2003 Xpro announces working
partnership with ImageStor
Announcing a working partnership with London based ImageStor, Managing Director
John McIntyre commented 'this relationship completes the building blocks of our
BPO offering. ImageStor provides Xpro with the capability to scan large numbers
of documents in the UK before electronically transferring these to India for

Xpro deliverd a prototype of its new Optician Management system - XpecX. The
prototype will be used in a real working environment in a Derby based practice.
Project Director, David Roy, stated that 'now that development in Xpro's Indian
office is underway to produce a full function Practice Management system it is
important that we have real domain knowledge in a working environment. The
delivery and customer use of the prototype will provide us with valuable

office in India
Xpro Services has opened its own fully owned subsidiary in India. Continuing its
overall strategic marketing plan Xpro has opened its own subsidiary company in
Secunderabad (twin city with Hyderabad) and has appointed Mr Homi Chinoy as
Managing Director, John McIntyre, is delighted with this new venture and
commented 'the office will be primarily an off shore development facility which
will start with Microsoft technologies but rapidly move into Oracle
Applications and Peoplesoft. Being located in Secunderabad it is only 20
minutes across town to our BPO partner, Karvey'
The new company will commence product development and project work immediately.
4th October 2003 Xpro agrees BPO partnership in
Xpro Services has agreed a partnership with one of India's largest service
providers, Karvey. Sales Director Samuel Stanley sees this as 'a logical
development in the growth of the company, Karvey provides us with a very
professional delivery arm for all types of Business Process opportunities. They
are a well established company, with over 1200 staff in Hyderabad, currently
operating in the US market for medical transcription and are a major player in
share registration processing.'
This move by Xpro follows on from the appointment of Russell Taylor in September
to head up its BPO operation.
12th September 2003 Xpro Appoints new Manager for
Xpro Services has appointed Russell Taylor, ex Capita and Oracle, to the new
position of Manager BPO Services. Managing Director, John McIntyre, sees the
appointment as a very important first step in the plan to create a presence in
the off shore lucrative BPO market.
McIntyre said 'we are delighted to have Russell on board, he brings with him
experience of outsourcing large contracts from Capita, this coupled with Xpro's
experience in using Indian resources will give us a winning combination'.
22nd June 2003 Xpro awarded Quality Standard
Xpro Services have been awarded the ISO quality standard. Finance and
Administration Director, Mrs Soonita Kathoke, in accepting the certificate said
that 'this is an important step for Xpro. As the company continues to grow it
is vital that standards are maintained. Both customers and staff expect a
quality service and this certification is one of the components in the strong
foundation that Xpro is building upon'.
